Receives Recognition for Quality Management System
As you may know, the ISO 9001:2015 Certification is an internationally recognized standard that confirms that En-Net’s products and services meet the needs of our customers through an effective and 3rd party certified Quality Management System.
And to be frank, we are quite proud of the award!
Our pursuit of ISO started in Q3 of 2019. We began to systemize our processes and procedures working toward developing a recognizable Quality Management System (QMS). Our QMS focuses on a continual evaluation and enhancement of overall performance delivering top quality services to our customers and vendor partners. We received word amidst the crazy season that is September (En-Net’s most successful September in our history, so a busy time!) that our QMS had qualified for ISO certification. One could call this an “extensive project” but the En-Net Blog calls it a long, tough slog.
Perhaps the most fundamental strand of the DNA of En-Net is a commitment to exceptional customer service; it impacts all facets of who we are. It’s in the way we answer the phone, the hundreds of customer-facing meeting we have each year (COVID notwithstanding), and the way we are tenacious about delivering value to our customers. En-Net’s commitment to the development and implementation of our QMS, as well as the decision to seek ISO certification, show the foresight and long-view thinking of En-Net Management to actively monitor, audit and update our processes and procedures to insure our policies and procedures mirror the energy and effort of our team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
It also demonstrates our ability as a small company to punch above our weight!
Now that we have an effective QMS in place, we look forward to leveraging this new capability to not only scale our business, but to also keep fanatical customer service as the top priority.
